We’ve linked the polls for you to see who would likely defeat Joe Biden if the election were to be held today
In the first poll, conducted by Rasmussen, President Joe Biden Faces newly announced GOP candidate and former South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley. According to that poll, if the election were held today, Haley would likely receive 45% of the vote to Biden’s 41%, while an additional 10% say they would vote for some other candidate.
Ironically, however, the poll also shows that in the Republican primary leading up to the election, Haley would lose to Donald Trump by a relatively large margin, thereby never making it to the general election.
In the second poll, conducted by Quinnipiac, President Joe Biden loses again; this time in a closer race, to Florida Governor Ron DeSantis.
What’s remarkable about this poll, however, is the disapproval ratings of all the candidates involved, with only Biden and Trump having disapproval ratings exceeding 50%. Meanwhile, DeSantis, and Nikki Haley have comparatively low disapproval ratings and large percentages of people who claim they don’t know enough about the candidates to decide either way.
And lastly, in a poll conducted by Harvard/Harris, we have a rematch of the 2020 Presidential race with Joe Biden going toe to toe with former President Donald Trump.
In that poll, Trump handily defeats Biden 46% to 41%. Interestingly enough, however, this poll also pits Trump against current Vice President Kamala Harris as well. In that race, Trump would likely defeat her by an even greater margin than he would the current president. According to Harvard/Harris, that race would conclude with Donald Trump receiving 49% of the vote to Harris’ 39%.
