Rumors had circulated for months about what would fill the old Palette 22 space, and now it’s confirmed: Ten Five Hospitality is bringing their iconic Desert 5 Spot concept to the capital.
Desert 5 Spot is best described as a high-energy fusion of Joshua Tree-inspired hideouts, retro roadside motel vibes, and Americana cool. Known for its neon-lit country bar experience, the venue will offer:
